Lacey's Entry for week of 6/23

Here's how it will work; please log in every weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) and log what you have done for the week. Here is what I have done so far this week as an example:

Sunday: Ran 5 miles
Wednesday: Ran 3 miles

Make sense? If you don't go out and post by 10:00pm on Sunday I will hound you until you do. This is meant to help us to be accountable for training and help us to feel like we are training together even though we can't physically be together.
