Hi all!
Here are my runs for the week:
Tuesday: 5 miles
Thursday: 10 mile run, 2.5 mile walk
My long run went OK, but I ran with someone and we started off too fast. My goal was to run 11 or 12, but we could only make it 10. Overall, it was OK.
Sat. and Sun. I was sick with the flu, so couldn't run. I'm feeling somewhat better today, so hope to get out for a 3-4 miles run this afternoon. I can't believe we only have 2 weeks left!
