Hey all!
I am starting to get into a groove some what... It's a slow start but it's something right?
Tues 8th- Ran 2 miles
Wed 9th- Walked 5.3 miles at work
Thur 10th- Ran 2 miles (10 mins 30 sec)
Fri 11th- Walked 8.2 miles at work
Sat 12th- Ran 2 miles (10 mins 30 sec)
Hopefully I can add a mile or two this week and keep my pace or make it faster. Have a great week!
