Tuesday: 2 mile run, 1 mile walk with Joel
Wednesday: 1 hour stretched and balanced class
Thursday: 3 mile run in 33 minutes No walking!!
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 3 mile run in 33 minutes No walking again!
Sunday: Rest
This was a great week for me. My right calf is a bit tight, I think from the kickboxing class, but it is getting better. I look forward to this next week. I hope to get 4 miles without stopping. Finally I am running 3 miles and don't feel like I am struggling every second of the run.
This upcoming saturday is our 5K race!
