I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Here is my post for this past week:
Tuesday: 3.5 miles
Wednesday: 3.5 miles
Sunday: 5.5 miles
I need to try and start doing four runs a week, but this week was better than last week. I am feeling really good when I run, the hard part for me is just finding the time. I try to get up early and run before I go to work, but somedays I just can't be myself out of bed. Next week I'm going to shoot for 4 runs. I hope your training is going well!!
